All information gathered from both our clients and customers will be protected and will remain confidential to ensure compliance with PIPEDA.

In our continued efforts to adhere to all of the requirements outlined in PIPEDA, NRC has designated a privacy officer to ensure that legislative requirements are met and any concerns or questions are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Technology

The Ace Collection system was designed to work with any size agency to provide advanced collection management needs while providing the company with the ability to effectively and efficiently meet the requirements of each of our clients.

This state of the art system has the ability to perform functions such as: pre-collection letters, new business entry, agency management, trust accounting, client invoicing, client reporting, and credit bureau reporting. The reporting capabilities will be able to provide clients with various reporting packages including status, commitment and liquidation reports on a monthly basis.

National Recovery Corp is dedicated to ensuring that all of the needs of each individual client are met. As a client, you will have the ability to receive information and reports regularly via mail, email or fax. You will also have the ability to customize and work with a sales representative to develop specific reports to meet your individual recovery needs. Common reporting functions include:

• Client Statements
• Status Reports
• Closeout Reports
• Active Inventory Report
• Credit Bureau Reporting
• Statistical Reports
• Client Placement Listings

NRC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all information from clients and customers. Up to date technology has been put in place to ensure client confidentiality. Security and privacy measures include:

• Signed confidentiality agreements by each new employee
• Personal user names and passwords
• Monthly password renewals
• System time out
• System lock out after unsuccessful log in attempts
• Shredding of all paper documentation
• Locked filing cabinets for client backup and/or confidential information from customers
