Standards

There are in fact, NO standards to represent the multiple facets of the recovery process.

A business development specialist will work with each client individually to develop a detailed and customized work plan that will outline requirements, rates and expectations for your recovery needs.

Customer Service

Once the customized work plan has been established, a customer service representative will be assigned to each client. The representative will be responsible for ensuring that the work plan is being adhered to and properly executed. In addition, the representative will be accountable for overseeing the portfolio to ensure that maximum results are achieved.
